My name is Charlotte Reid and I am the founder and owner of Charlotte Reid Cake Design. I create bespoke cakes for couples to celebrate their special day and I am passionate about coming up with designs which are individual and reflect the personalities of my clients. I like to offer a personal service and invite couples to consultations in my studio so that I can get a true picture of what they would like. For me, the taste and texture of the cake is just as important as the look and so I am constantly developing my recipes and coming up with new flavour combinations to make sure my cakes are as delicious as possible!
