Arrange Wedding Favours and Stationery (Order of Service, Place Cards, Thank You Cards)

Start Planning your Stag & Hen Do’s

Find your wedding shoes, underwear & accessories (It’s important to have these ready for your first dress fitting, and if you’re having a tiara and veil ready for your makeup and hair trial)

3 Months + To Go

Buy Wedding Rings

Agree on your order of service

Food Tasting & Finalising Menu

Check your passport validity date for your honeymoon, and make sure you are up to date with vaccinations (if necessary)

2 to 3 Months To Go

Dress Fitting

Start wearing in your Bridal Shoes

Purchase Gifts/Favours for your Bridal Party

Put a Wedding Song Playlist

Buy a Guestbook

1 Month To Go

Write your Speeches

Stag & Hen Do Time

Choose Your Witnesses

Chase Up those late RSVPers

Finalise Your Seating Plan

Plan a Wedding Rehearsal with the Bridal Party – This should reduce nerves on the day as you will all know where to stand and when to speak.

Confirm Your Wedding Guest Numbers (Make sure you inform the Venue/Caterers of any special dietary requirements)

A Week To Go

Brief The Bridal Party on their duties for the day

Confirm the final details with your suppliers

Put together a supplier list, contact numbers and timings – this can be given to a bridesmaid or best man in case the supplier needs to be contacted on the day

Collect Dresses and Suits

Wedding Emergency Kit – Anything you might need on the day such as a Compact mirror and powder, lipstick, tissues, paracetamol. You can then give this to your maid of honour to bring on the day

Hair & Beauty Treatments – Colour & Cut, Waxing, Tan, Eyebrows and Nails

On The Day

Pick Up Flowers & Cake (Some suppliers will drop them off)

Get Your Hair and Makeup Done

Get Dressed
