My name is Charlotte Reid and I am the founder and owner of Charlotte Reid Cake Design. I create bespoke cakes for couples to celebrate their special day and I am passionate about coming up with designs which are individual and reflect the personalities of my clients. I like to offer a personal service and invite couples to consultations in my studio so that I can get a true picture of what they would like. For me, the taste and texture of the cake is just as important as the look and so I am constantly developing my recipes and coming up with new flavour combinations to make sure my cakes are as delicious as possible!

I specialise in fondant cakes and sugar flowers but also work with buttercream. I can also provide wedding favours such as macarons, biscuits, cake pops, cake popsicles and miniature eclairs. These can be designed to compliment your cake so that you can create a dessert table. For all wedding cakes I offer a complimentary tasting/design consultation at my studio in Gravesend.

Review of Charlotte Reid Cake Design
I have left a review on Instagram and on Google and both my reviews have been deleted. They are not unkind comments, just honest – so I’m not sure why they keep getting deleted. I found my experience disappointing and the customer service has been poor. Charlotte is very slow to reply or doesn’t reply at all – I sent emails and DMs with no response . She seems talented but in my opinion, not worth the stress of trying booking with her. It’s also strange reviews get deleted if they are not favourable.
