If you’re getting married in the summer, a summer cocktail is the perfect way to celebrate, and keep your guests cool and refreshed! The best bit is that you don’t have to choose just one either, we have put together some of our summer favourites to get you inspired.

Pimm’s
The perfect English summer cocktail! It’s refreshing and fruity, the perfect way to celebrate it the sun! You could stick to the original Pimm’s or spice things up by offered other alternative Pimm’s flavours.
Main Alcohol: Gin
It’s so simple to make, mix Pimm’s and lemonade together and garnish with oranges, strawberries, cucumber, apples, lemons and fresh mint.

Mango Bellini
A classy and elegant addition to a summer wedding drinks reception, with a twist! A usual Bellini is made with Peach but by adding Mango you can create the perfect summer twist.
Main Alcohol: Champagne
A perfect aperitif with blended fresh mango and champagne served in a flute.

Margarita
An all-time classic cocktail, which is citrusy and sour, an ultimate summer refreshment.
Main Alcohol: Tequila
This Mexican classic cocktail consists of Tequila, lime juice and Cointreau, and is garnished with a lime slice and salt on the rim of the glass

Mojito
The classic Mojito is a cocktail that never goes out of date and has a unique combination of flavours.
Main Alcohol: Rum
A refreshing Cuban cocktail made with white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water and mine. It is traditionally served in a collins glass.

Sangria
There are many variations on this classic Spanish cocktail, but it’s full of flavour and colour.
Main Alcohol: Red Wine
The traditional recipe is made with Spanish Rioja red wine, mixed with fruits such as pineapple, peaches, berries, apples, pears or melons, it is then sweetened with sugar and orange juice. It is traditionally served in a pitcher.

Blushing Bride
The ultimate wedding cocktail, crisp and refreshing, and the name says it all.
Main Alcohol: Champagne
A simple blend of peach schnapps, grenadine, and champagne.
