I hired a throne chair for my wedding from them and they delivered a completely different chair that I did not want. The lady blamed me because I wasn’t there when it was delivered, refused to offer a discount or to bring the correct chair and threatened that if I don’t pay the balance she will collect the throne chair the morning of the wedding so I would not have one.

I ended up paying the balance because it was the day before my wedding and had no other plan. When the delivery driver came to collect the chair the following day, I told him it was the wrong one and he explained it was someone else’s fault who have him the chair. I then saw on his WhatsApp with the owner of this company that she told him that the wrong chair was delivered and then told him ‘don’t mind d bride.’ As in, it doesn’t matter what the bride says.

I then demanded a discount again, she threatened to call the police but then ended up giving me a very small discount.

Nobody should have to go through what i went through because of one theiving vendor who does not care about her customers. I genuinely believe that the other reviews are fake and I would never recommend this ‘company’.
