WEDDING CELEBRANTS & TOASTMASTERS IN KENT
Finding Your Wedding Celebrant or Toastmaster in Kent
What is a Celebrant
After you have been legally married, a Celebrant is someone who makes your wedding ceremony very personal to you and your partner, as no two ceremonies conducted by a Celebrant are the same. A celebrant led ceremony can be held in a variety of different locations, and can be anything you want it to be, this could include a reference to religion, and they can include any poems, readings, hymns, or music that you would like. It’s important to note that celebrants are very different to a Vicar, Priest and Registrars.
What is a Toastmaster
A toastmaster’s role is to ensure that your reception runs as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. They are also known as the master of ceremonies. They will discreetly ensure that everything is running to schedule including the ceremonial proceedings, wedding speeches, the wedding breakfast and will instigate toasts.
When should I book my Celebrant and Toastmaster in Kent?
It’s best to book your Toastmaster as soon as you have your date and venue confirmed, which preferably would be at least a year before the big day. If you are looking for a customised ceremony, it’s best to book your Celebrant at least 6 months before your big day, however we recommend the sooner the better, especially if your wedding is during a busy season or on a popular day, such as a Saturday as most book up very quickly!
