I’m Julie and I own Wedding Cakes By The Sea, a wedding and celebration cake business based in the beautiful seaside town of Broadstairs. I specialise in fondant covered cakes, and love making modern, simple but striking cakes. I am a cakeflix master accredited cake maker, which means that I have been taught by one of the best cake artists in the field. All of my cakes are made using premium quality ingredients, and the taste is absolutely as important as the final design.
